The last few days have been a whirlwind; I had a party on Friday night to celebrate my Birthday, where I was a very spoiled girl with vegan cheesecake and you can see my previous post about it here. After a lazing morning/afternoon on Saturday, the boyfriend and I went out for a delicious dinner at a new restaurant called Two Doors Down. It’s owned by the same owners of Chives (and they actually share the same kitchen) and serves only locally grown and produced food. Even though it’s a smaller menu it was absolutely amazing and I was really impressed. Unfortunately we were so hungry I didn’t get a chance to take any pictures before it was all gobbled up.
It was really nice to see a new place being so busy but as a result our table was at the very back and I stared directly at the dump station for the servers. So there was always a stream of waiters passing by and loud clamoring noises of them dropping off their dishes. You would think they would have a door or something so I wouldn`t have to see that.
But if you like good local food at a really great price I would definitely check them out. You can find them on Barrington Street, 2 doors down from Chives ;) You can find the website Here.
After sending the boyfriend off to Korea today, I went to the salon to get my hair touched up as it is less than two weeks till my Las Vegas trip!! Tasha and I are getting soo excited and have been counting down the days for about a week or so now.
