Hey Lovelies!Living a lactose free life can be difficult, especially when you want to indulge in some sweet treats. A dear friend of mine (find her blog here) was sweet enough to make these for me one night and I have since stole the recipe. Now this recipe is far from healthy but it is just too good to not share with you!
You will need:
½ Cup of Vegan Margarine
2 ¼ Cups Brown Sugar
½ Cup of Rice Milk or Almond Milk or Soy Milk¾ Cup of Peanut Butter
1 tsp of Vanilla
31/2 Cup of Icing Sugar
Melt Butter over MED.
Remove from heat and stir in PB and Vanilla.
Pour over Icing Sugar and beat until smooth.
Let it chill and then enjoy!
