Lactose Free Peanut Butter Fudge


Hey Lovelies!
Living a lactose free life can be difficult, especially when you want to indulge in some sweet treats. A dear friend of mine  (find her blog here) was sweet enough to make these for me one night and I have since stole the recipe.  Now this recipe is far from healthy but it is just too good to not share with you!

You will need:
 

½ Cup of Vegan Margarine
2 ¼ Cups Brown Sugar
½ Cup of Rice Milk or Almond Milk or Soy Milk
¾ Cup of Peanut Butter
1 tsp of Vanilla
31/2 Cup of Icing Sugar

 Directions:
Melt Butter over MED.
 
Stir in Brown Sugar and Milk Alternative. Bring Mixture to a boil for 2 mins while stirring.
 Remove from heat and stir in PB and Vanilla.

Pour over Icing Sugar and beat until smooth.
Let it chill and then enjoy!
