A Little Bit of Yoga


 Hi Lovelies,

Hope you all are having a good week. I am happy to say that my weekend has officially started! I’m sorry it’s been a few days since my last post. I’ve been super busy this week with school work, celebrating my brother’s birthday and spending some time catching up with friends!

I got to spend some time with my close friend Shannon last night (you can find her blog here). Our plan was to do a little exercise and yoga, however we ended up doing more chatting then yoga so we gave up half way through and just relaxed the rest of the evening :)

 


I love yoga and it’s been a big part of my life for years.  However I found myself being quite lazy over the last few months, so I am trying to make a serious effort to get back into it. The problem is I am one of those crazy people that feels like I need to be at the top of my game when I go back to the studio so I am working really hard at home for a few weeks first.  I must say that the progress is going very slow.

Any special plans for the holiday weekend?
